NEW! Request a PT/2010 Demonstration
The Mil-Stak® Pull Behind Wagon loads and stacks eighteen 3x3's,

The PT/2010 is fully computerized!
An easy to use joystick is mounted in the tractor cab which allows automatic loading and stacking of your big bales with just
a flick of your wrist. Simply hit the bale, non-stop at about 5 mph then push the joystick handle to the left, this closes the clamp. Once the clamp reaches the preset
pressure, the computer takes over and does the rest, placing the bale on the Receiving Table, unclamping the bale, retracting the clamp back to the ground, as well as transfering
the bales to the Stack Bed.
The PT/2010 picks up bales the same direction your baler places them in the field so you don't have to drive across corrugates and pivot tracks as you load each bale.
This also eliminates the need to spin the bale on the ground which packs dirt and debris into the bales.
The PT/2010 gets the bales off the ground quickly for fast, non-stop loading. As soon as the bale is securely clamped, the computer automatically lifts the bale off the
ground and places it on the Receiving Table, preventing dirt and debris from getting packed into the bales.
The specially designed Cushion Valve gently places bales onto the receiving table.
The PT/2010 has rolling forks to keep the bales from tipping over as you drive through the field. When you begin a load, the rolling forks are pulled to the front of
the stack bed. As you transfer each tier of bales from the receiving table to the stack bed, the forks slide back with the bales. This keeps your load held tightly
together and prevents individual tiers from tipping over as you drive through the field.
The single axle with the large flotation tires easily carries the load over any type of ground and prevents tearing up the field when making tight turns.
The Swinging Hitch allows you to shift the front end of the PT/2010 up to 4' to the right. This makes it easy to grab bale out from under wheel lines and pivots as well
as give you unmatched control when putting the load in a stack. Swinging the Hitch when unloading the PT/2010 lines up the left side of the wagon with the center of the
tractor cab, making it a breeze to build strait, uniform stacks.
Unloading the PT/2010 is just as easy as loading it. Pull the Stack Bed lever on the joystick for two seconds when you start backing up and the Stack Bed will
automatically raise to a preset position, just before the Stack Bed touches the ground. Once you are ready to set the load down on the ground, use the same Stack Bed
lever to gently feather the load down. Pull away from the stack and press the Unload Reset button on the Joystick. The PT/2010 will automatically lower the Stack Bed,
bring the Hitch inline with tractor, move the Rolling Forks to the front of the Stack Bed, and increment the Customer Count by the number of bales in the last load.
Our custom designed joystick is mounted in your tractor cab, giving you unprecedented ease of use and control. To automatically load bales, simply push the joystick
handle to the left. This closes the bale clamp and initiates the automated loading. The onboard computer takes over, lifting the bale off the ground and places it
gently onto the receiving table. It then unclamps the bale, lowers the clamp back down, ready for the next bale. Once the clamp is safely out of the way, the receiving
table raises half way, sliding the first bale toward the back of the table. Once the Receiving Table has been fully loaded, the computer automatically transfers the
bales from the Receiving Table to the Stack Bed.

The Display layout has been carfully designed with ease of use in mind. It shows you exactly what you need to know, nothing more, nothing less. It gives you
real-time information such as load count, receiving table count, and customer count. The Display also allows you to select from 22 different stack patterns, switch
between 3x3, 3x4, or 4x4 bale sizes, as well as fine tune various functions of the PT/2010.
