Several features make the Mil-Stak your best choice in mid-size bale clamps
|

Handling 1500 lb. bales puts a strain on the New Holland® stackwagons. Mil-Stak® has made the changes
necessary to reduce that strain. We have made the Mil-Stak® mounting bar which distributes the weight across both
frame rails. It is designed to handle the weight and shock of non-stop loading.

|
During the bale loading process, we minimize the shock to the frame (and driver) with a spring loaded
bale bumper, softening the hit when the bale first comes into contact with the bale loader.

|
We have added an air bag to the suspension to keep the stackwagon from dipping when the bale is lifted from
the ground.
|
|
|
As the bale is placed on the second table, it slows and is lowered carefully onto the table again minimizing the stress on
the table. The rate of cushion is controlled by the integrated Bale Cushion Valve.

The second table now has more weight on it than it was designed to work with so we have added a second table booster to aid
in the lift, and lessen the strain on the pivot pins. It does this by lifting toward the front of the second table.
